Technabi is a technology platform I own end to end: the idea, the design, the build, and the day-to-day operation. It is one thing to finish a project and hand it over. It is another to keep a site live on the open internet, where performance, uptime, and search visibility are your problem every single day.
What running it involves
- Design and build: the full front end, built by hand rather than assembled from templates.
- Deployment and hosting: domain, DNS, SSL, and a deployment pipeline that makes updates routine instead of risky.
- Performance: fast loads on real connections, not just in local testing.
- Search and reach: structured metadata, sitemaps, and content organized so people actually find it.
What it taught me
Operating a live product teaches lessons a tutorial never will: how users actually behave, what breaks at inconvenient hours, and how small improvements compound. Every other project I build benefits from what this one keeps teaching me.
